act4 scene5

the nurse finds Juliet dead everyone is so sad for this terrible event and changes the wedding plans to funeral plans. Friar Lawrence pretends that he does not know what happened and gives words of advice that she is now in heaven and well. The scene ends with the musicians playing music.

act4 scene3

Juliet tells the nurse and and her mother that she wants to be left alone tonight. she is left alone and goes into a soliloquy asking herself will it work maybe Friar Lawrence wants her to die and maybe while she is sleeping the ghost of Tybalt will kill her with the bones of her ancestors. The scene ends with Juliet taking the vile.

Act4 scene1

Paris is talking to Frair Lawrence about his marriage to Juliet. Friar Lawrence tells Paris it is too fast and Capulet is rushing it to stop her crying over Tybalt. But it is really because Juliet is already married to Romeo. Juliet enters and Paris starts to talk to her as if he already know that Juliets loves him however Juliet reacts showing no love and rather sarcastically. Paris leaves. Juliet then tells the Frair that she does not know what to do but Friar Lawrence tells her that he has a plan so she can be with Romeo. The plan is to tell the nurse sleep in a different room, and why she is in bed drink a potion which makes her look dead. The potion will last for 42 hours and in that time she will be taken to the capulet catacombs, and Romeo will arrive to take her to Mantua. However he does warn her that their life will be miserable but better then committing suicide.

Act3 scene5

Romeo I about to leave for Mantua because he says he hears a lark which is a morning bird, however Juliet says he should say as it was a nightingale which is a morning bird. Romeo tells her that will stay and be killed and calls her bluff. The nurse barges in and says her mother is coming so Romeo rushes out but as he slips down the building Juliet says that he looks like he is in a tomb. Lady Capulet comes in and tells Juliet that she and her father have arranged for her to marry Paris. Juliet doesn’t like this and says she would rather marry Romeo her enemy, which is dramatic irony.  And when I do, I swear It shall be Romeo, whom you know I hate, rather than Paris. Capulet enters the room and becomes enraged when she tells him no and threatens to disown her if she doesn’t obey him. When Capulet leaves Juliet asks her mother to help but she says no. Juliet tries to speak with the nurse but she says maybe she should marry Paris, Juliet pretends to agree with her but when she leaves says she is an old bag and that she will ask Frair Lawrence for answers.

Act3 scene 4

Capulet, lady Capulet and Paris are talking about Paris’ and Juliet’s love for one another.  Lady Capulet replies saying we will know in the morning but not right now as she is grieving. Paris goes to leave but Capulet tells him to come back and says she will marry him if she likes it or not on Wednesday, but he then asks what day it is and Paris says ‘Monday my lord’ So Capulet says it is too fast so changes it to Thursday.

Act3 scene3

in Frair Lawrence’s cell Romeo is still very angry and sad. Romeo wants to know his fate and the Friar says he has showed mercy as it is only banishment. Romeo sharing the same opinion as Juliet says that banishment is worse then death. Frair just disputes this. Romeo replies saying there is no life out side Verona’s walls as even a fly can do more stuff then he can mainly be with Juliet. The nurse enters saying to go to Juliet that night so he leaves and it ends with Frair Lawrence saying leave for Mantua before the morning comes.

Act 3 scene2

Juliet is waiting for Romeo so they can seal their marriage. The nurse comes in and exclaims that someone is dead but it sounds as if it is Romeo so Juliet says she will kill herself by the nurse finally says Tybalt is dead and Romeo the murderer banished. She says it is worse that he has been banished then killed. that one word ‘“banishèd”Hath slain ten thousand Tybalts.’ She is saying that him being banished is ten thousand times worse then him being dead, it is like having your faviourate food infront of you but not being able to eat it is worse then ever having it before.

Act 3 scene1

The scene starts with Benvolio warning Mercutio that a fight would be unavoidable if they stayed as the Capulets were near.  Mercutio replies by saying he should not be so hypercritical as he has a bad temper as well. Tybalt appears with others from the house of Capulet, asking for a word, Mercutio angry starts to taunt him. ‘And but one word with one of us? Couple it with something. Make it a word and a blow.’ Romeo enters and stops arguing with Mercutio and turns to Romeo in his eyes the true villain.  Romeo does not want to fight and says he actually loves Tybalt, outraged Mercutio decides to fight Tybalt. Romeo throws himself in between them so the fighting can stop, this is when Tybalt stabs Mercutio under Romeo’s arm. Tybalt flees and Mercutio dies saying ‘A plague O’both your houses’ Romeo angered says he has become weak with loving Juliet. Tybalt foolishly re-enters the scene and they fight. Romeo kills Tybalt. Benvolio warns Romeo that he must flee Romeo then shouts ‘O, I am fortunes fool’  The prince then enters and asks Benvolio to tell him what happened and he tells him all. The price then announces that he will be exiled.

Act2 scene6

Romeo and Friar Lawrence are still waiting for Juliet act his cell. The friar is still warning him that he should take it slow. she enters they then get married and kiss they then leave.
