Macbeth act 1 scene 2 translation

For some time you could not tell who would win. The armies were like two extremely tired swimmers holding onto each other not being able to move in the water. The villianous MacDonald who was a rebel was supported by the Irish. Lady luck was smiling at the enemy as if she was his whore. But they were not strong enough. Courageous Macbeth laughed at luck and cut through to MacDonald. He didn’t have time to shake hands or say goodbye before Macbeth spilt him in half from his waist to his jaw. And stuck his head onto the castle wall.

Do you reckon that details such as the fact that the Irish soldiers were mercenaries are important though?
